About Sepideh

Teacher

Sepideh is a recent transplant from Tehran, Iran where she was born and raised. After completing her degree in Art-Sculpture from Ferdosi University of Iran, Sepideh worked both as a freelance sculptor/artist and commissioned artist throughout Iran. As a member of the prestigious Association of Iranian Sculptors and the Institute for the Promotion of Contemporary Visual Art, Sepideh’s works have been widely exhibited throughout Tehran including the prominent government building “Ejlaseh Saran” as well as “Kakheh Sadabad” (Sadabad Palace) in Tehran. Ceramics and woodworking are also mediums that Sepideh enjoys.  Sepideh has taught art and sculpture in Iran, both at public art academies as well as in her private studio. Additionally, Sepideh has worked in theatre both acting and directing. Sepideh brings to Boostan a rich background in art, passion for teaching and a strong affinity for her native Iranian language and culture.
